Besure is an independent insurance advisory based in Thảo Điền, Ho Chi Minh City. We help individuals, families and small businesses in Vietnam get the right cover — without the jargon, without the cold calls.
Besure was founded in 2022 out of a simple frustration: insurance in Vietnam is genuinely hard to navigate. Policies are full of jargon, advice is often tied to commission, and for English speakers there's almost no one you can just call and trust to give you a straight answer.
We set out to fix that. As an independent advisory, we're not tied to any single insurer — we compare the market and recommend what actually fits, not what pays us most. Every quote, policy and claim is handled in both English and Vietnamese, end to end, by people who live here.
We're not a call centre and we're not an app. We're a small, local team that picks up the phone.
